Order Status

  • Has my order shipped? To check the status of your order, go look in your email inbox. Everything will be provided.

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? Visit the "My Account / Order Status" link to view your orders. From there, you can edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be edited.

  • How do I track my order? Track your order using the tracking link provided with your order confirmation

  • My order never arrived. If your order hasn't arrived, track its status using the "My Account / Order Status" link. Ensure all items have been shipped, and if needed, contact the shipper.

  • An item is missing from my shipment. Track your order using the "My Account / Order Status" link. If the item shows as delivered but is missing, contact customer service.

  • My product is missing parts. Track your order using the tracking link provided with the order confirmation. If all items have been delivered but parts are missing, contact customer service at mia@moovertoys.com.

  • When will my backorder arrive? Backordered items depend on our suppliers' stock. Once available, we'll ship the item to you.
